William A. Blume scrapbook, 1911-1915

The scrapbook, created by William A. Blume, documents his time as a Penn State student from 1911 to 1915. The scrapbook contains photographs of student activities, such as the "Push-ball Scrap," the "Cider Scrap," and the Industrial "Peerade." There are also several photographs of football games and other athletic events such as track and wrestling meets, as well as student activities related to such sporting events, like football victory bonfires. In addition to documenting student activities, Mr. Blume's scrapbook also includes views of the Penn State campus itself and the surrounding area, highlighting notable features such as Old Main and Mount Nittany. The scrapbook also contains other memorabilia such as football and travel tickets, dance cards, and flyers for events, such as the Country Fair.
